Crouzet's Micro-control products are used in a variety of commercial applications, such as Building Management Systems, access management and vending machines, as well as in industrial applications, such as plastic forming tools, conveyors and woodworking machines.

POSITION SENSORS
Crouzet Automatismes, as a specialist in the field of sensors, offers you a complete range of microswitches, analogue position sensors and limit switches:
- Microswitches: the microswitches range offers a wide variety of switching ratings (0.1 to 20 A), a choice of numerous actuators as standard, many possibilities for adaptation, NF-cUL approval, etc.
- Position sensors: with its choice of casings, wide range of actuators, variety of connections and high degree of resistance to impact and splashes, the offer includes a standardised range, a universal range and a miniature range.
- Sealed products: to provide maximum safety, Crouzet has developed a complete range of sealed microswitches and position sensors suitable for industrial applications.
- Analogue position sensors: the analogue sensor range is based on a number of technologies: potentiometer (resistive, wound or hybrid track) and Hall Effect, for all your adjustment, command/control and servocontrol requirements.
- Sensors in severe environments: Crouzet has microswitches and position sensors for all your severe environment requirements: shock, vibration, extreme temperatures, salt mist, radiation, etc. Our sensors comply with the ATEX standards and the RCCE K1, K2 and K3 approval procedures, are flameproof and have an improved seal.

MOTORS
Crouzet, an expert in motorisation, designs, manufactures and approves all the components of a motorisation system: motors, gearboxes, accessories, sensors, control electronics, software.
From the simplest component (a rotor or a stator, a gear wheel, etc.) to the most complete solution (which may or may not be integrated), Crouzet has just the right motorisation solutions for your applications.
- Driving: Open loop (stepper) or closed loop (DCB, BLDC), Integrated or not integrated, Crouzet offers speed, torque and/or position controllers with control parameters (PID) adapted to your applications.
- Converting: Using Crouzet gearboxes, motor speed and torque can be adapted to your applications: from 1 to 50,000 rpm and 0.1 to 30 Nm.
- Integration: Crouzet adapts the mechanical interfaces of its solutions for perfect integration in your equipment: fixing plate, transmission shafts, special pinions.
- Sensing: To optimise motorisation servocontrol, Crouzet/CST is skilled in making current sensors and linear or angular position sensors (Hall Effect, optical, magnetic, etc.), and temperature sensors.
- Filtering and protecting: Whatever the environment of your application, Crouzet can protect and filter its solutions: EMC (received and emitted), Temperature, Mechanical criteria (vibration, shock, etc.), Sealing
- Supplying power: A number of possible voltages: 6-12-24-48-90 VDC, regulated AC/DC power supplies available: 24 VDC – 2 to 10 A
- Communicating: Adding a communication module provides an interface with your central controller or PLC using various methods: standard I/O (0-10 V, PWM, 4-20 mA), fieldbus (Modbus, CAN, etc.) or radio link (Zigbee, etc.).
- Braking and holding: Crouzet offers electromechanical brakes that can hold your system in position.
