Our products produced for the civil marketplace are manufactured to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EASA part 21/G and EASA part 145. They are optimised in terms of
weight and cost, using innovative design and manufacturing techniques. These designs are compliant with typical civil environmental conditions including
hermeticity and shock, with reliability and safety being key factors.
 Landing gear : Weight on wheels, up, down and lock, position indication
Cargo loading system : Hooks locked indication
Thrust reverser indication : Closed and locked position indication
Door position detection : Closed and locked position indication
Spoiler detection : Position indication

Circuit breaker panel : Calling on years of experience, Crouzet has custom designed and built unique easily reconfigurable, circuit breaker panels with either push-push or push-pull action breakers.
Tail folding switch : The safety level of this application demands a detection redundancy in a very small area.
Crouzet proposed and designed a limit switch with 4 independent heads, which is very reliable and very easy to integrate.
Pilot control grips : Crouzet co-designed, with the customer, both the control
and armament grips in a major European attack helicopter.
These control grips incorporate all the functions needed to control and manage modern armaments: joysticks, trim switches, triggers, push buttons. |

In addition to the exacting standards applied to our civil products Crouzet can apply the even more severe standards needed for the military marketplace.
Most of our parts are qualified to European and US Military Standards. Our offices and factories are homologated to AQAP 110, ISO 9001 and EN 9100.
We can provide the necessary program documentation, and extra testing necessary. In most cases this testing can be done in house at Crouzet’s own test laboratory.

Pour les environnements extrêmes, les capteurs de position utilisés bénéficient de protections multiples ( capuchons, encapsulages … ) qui permettent de garantir un fonctionnement optimal où sécurité et fiabilité restent pleinement assurées.
Ces capteurs en environnement spécifique bénéficient en outre d’un dispositif de protection électrique. |
