The analogue sensor range is based on a number of technologies (resistive track/wound track potentiometer, Hall Effect, non-contact, etc.), for all your adjustment, command/control and servocontrol requirements.
The offer consists of angular sensors (single turn & rotary position (multi-turn )), linear position sensors and non-contact angular sensors.
Single turn and multi-turn angular sensors:precision, miniature, adapted for severe environments, IP67 and linearity from (+/-)2% to (+/-)0.15%, mechanical life up to 50 million cycles, electrical angle to customer specification
Linear position sensors:can be integrated in hydraulic and/or pneumatic cylinders, mechanical life up to 10 million cycles, linearity from 2% to 0.038%, specific resistances, shafts and resistance tolerance to customer specification
Non-contact sensors:single turn angular sensors, shock and vibration resistance, IP67, 360° electrical travel, linearity from 2% to 0.3%, electrical life up to 100 million cycles, customisable products (logo, special power supplies, connections by lead, cable, connector, etc.)
Crouzet's non-contact sensor offer now includes Vane Switch and Geartooth Hall Effect sensors for digital detection functions: IP67, detection distance up to 6 mm, possible adaptations: casings, leads, special cables, etc.
