Tell your Crouzet contact (seller or distributor), indicating the necessary information (technical, logistical, commercial ..) to handle your question. It will be quickly analyzed to provide a relevant answer. 

In case of emergency (risk to persons and property, stop production ...) and in case of non availability of your contact Crouzet, please call our Customer Service.

Once a client informs Crouzet through its contact Customer Service of a claim for commercial, technical or logistic issues, the process PTIC (Process Customer Dissatisfaction) is initiated and implemented in its entirety.

The claim is then investigated and solved by the departments concerned in Crouzet. They regularly inform the Customer Relationship Management tool and take the necessary steps to improve the sources of satisfaction.

After making the solution, Crouzet calls the client to express his satisfaction, incorporated in the process of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
