

Crouzet's quality system incorporates the Offer Creation Process (OCP), the Order Securing and Processing Process (OSPP) and the Customer Complaints Handling Process (CCHP).
The performance and efficiency of these processes are measured regularly by the respective process leaders.
Based on continuous improvement, Crouzet's quality system is constantly updated to take account of the latest standards, using quality tools such as FMEA, experimental designs, reliability studies and manufacturing methods (6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).
All CROUZET staff are actively involved in improving the company's quality system, both through their suggestions via the VISA tool and their feedback (Short Interval Management).
