Optimised electronics

Adapted output circuit The output stage of the solid state relay has been adapted to suit the solenoid control valve in a plastics injection moulding machine.. Adapted low current input circuit To improve the control of a mixing machine, the input circuit of the solid state relay was optimized to meet the customer’s specification. Protected output circuit Significant overvoltages in the heating elements of a coffee machine led us to redesign the output circuits of the solid state relay.

Multiple mountings This application switches several heating elements and comprises three solid state relays on a single heatsink.	Additional fan The hot environment in a steelworks was the reason for mounting an additional fan on a combined solid state relay and heatsink unit..
