Crouzet offers products with specific characteristics to ensure regular, highly repetitive movement, as well as precise control:
- 4 standard motors which develop significant torque at a relatively low operating rate, so as to ensure a long service life and totally silent operation.
- A choice of Crouzet gearboxes so you can find the exact speed required. Crouzet can also design a customised gearbox to comply strictly with your limits on shape and size.
- A complete offer of optical encoders from 1 to 1000 pulses, with 1 or 2 channels for perfect speed control.
- Production of filters which comply with the current standards thanks to our expertise in EMC.
- Control cards can be specifically designed to suit your application. |

| How the application works |
The fabric or paper to be driven is “caught” between 2 rollers which turn at a precise speed, while complying with the specific speed or torque ripple constraints of each machine.
The passage from one roller to the next requires servo control of the 2 roller speeds, to ensure passage without tearing, but also without creasing.. |
