Crouzet is strengthening its global MRO services footprint with the opening of a certified repair station in North America. This strategic expansion marks a significant step in Crouzet’s commitment to support the world’s largest Aircraft Manufacturers, Airlines and MRO Centers.
It strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair operations support for Crouzet OEM products, including serviceable products, in-house customs clearance and access to an extensive inventory of spared equipment, thanks to our global distribution network, now in closer proximity and improved responsiveness for our customers across the American continent.
A robust and growing global certified repair station network
The new facility enhances Crouzet’s ability to deliver fast, reliable maintenance and repair services for critical flight and pilot control equipment, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and traceability. It becomes an integral part of Crouzet’s global service network, which includes two repair stations worldwide and four instrumentation sites, supported by 50 dedicated professionals and performing nearly 1,000 repairs annually.
With recognized expertise, Crouzet Services supports the entire lifecycle of equipment, ensuring performance, reliability, and operational continuity. The opening of the Allen facility fully aligns with this dynamic: it strengthens an already well-structured global network by adding new capacity closer to the Americas market.

The Allen site provides tangible customer benefits: optimized turnaround times and domestic shipping for American fleets, improved operational responsiveness, and access to dedicated MRO & Spares local support closely aligned with market needs.
This certified repair station launches with a targeted offering covering five key product families: transducer unit (RVDT), speed brake control transducer unit, side stick transducer unit, throttle control unit, nose wheel steering handwheel transmitter unit, with a roadmap to progressively expand its service scope. This scalable approach reflects Crouzet’s customer-centric model, serving OEMs, MROs, and operators with tailored solutions. This adaptability enables the delivery of customized solutions aligned with customers’ operational constraints and performance objectives.
