Classic
Our solid offer of standard Classic microswitches with high-precision snap action mechanisms, summed with our 100 years’ engineering experience for co-design and adaptations, allow us to provide perfect-fit solutions for all your applications with an easy plug-and-play integration, including specific or standard shapes, connections, ratings, actuators, or protection levels.
Miniature
Crouzet Miniature microswitches have a high precision snap action mechanism, designed to meet all your needs, even for the most critical applications.
Our offer includes, the standard DIN shape (V3), a wide range of operating forces from 0.15N to 5N, ratings from 1mA to 25A, a very long mechanical life of up to 50 million cycles to ensure durability and a large range of configurations with the choice of actuators and connections available.
They can accept very slow actuating speeds and can operate in temperatures from -60°C to +150°C, making them suitable for even the most extreme environments.
Subminiature
Crouzet Subminiature microswitches feature a high precision snap-action mechanism and are highly suitable for a large number of applications due to their small size, light weight, reliability, and accuracy.
Our offer is DIN standard compliant (V4), have a high operating temperature of up to 250°C, a wide rating range from 1mA to 12A, and
can be protected from IP40 to hermetic, making them excellent for harsh environments.
There is also a large choice of terminals and actuators available.
Sub-subminiature
Our Sub-subminiature microswitches are some of the smallest in the world. They are DIN standard conformant (V5D) and have a high precision snap-action mechanism. They are resistant to harsh environments, making them ideal for critical applications such as ATEX and aerospace. They have a long life of 10M cycles and can accept very slow actuating speeds (from 0.001mm/s).
