Our side stick solutions use RVDTs, potentiometers, and resolvers to capture motion and interface with the flight control computer. All electrical components used are mature components – logging flying hours for more than 20 years. Also, CROUZET sensors reach 1MM FH MTBF, which means no maintenance is required. CROUZET side stick grips are LRU and switches can also be LRU. All of this adds up to us having the technology, experience and capability to provide a more optimized unit in terms of system weight, cost, aircraft integration, pilot acceptance, reliability and maintainability.
